About This Position

Come work for a family owned company that prides themselves on being honest and treats customers the way they would like to be treated.

As a part of the team you will deliver superior customer service to our valued customer base across Ottawa and the surrounding areas. You will perform service, maintenance and installs on heating and cooling systems. You will utilize mobile field service app to complete work orders. Consult with clients to ensure their systems are working comfortably. Be part of the on-call rotation.

  • N$50,000 - $100,000 Annual Average (Based on experience)

Requirements

  • 5G2 Gas License or higher
  • 5313D or 313A Refrigeration License (Preferred)
  • 5Clean Driving Record and Ontario Driver's License
  • 5Ability to work a flexible schedule, be part of an on-call rotation and work overtime as required
  • 5Superior communication and customer service skills
  • 5Eagerness to learn both within the trade and on new products and equipment
  • 5Comfortable using electronic devices, payment processing and other electronic devices
  • 5Police Record Check

Schedule Option 1

  • 5Monday to Friday
  • 5On Call Rotation/Overtime/Weekends

Schedule Option 2

  • 5Monday to Friday Evening Shift
  • 5On Call Rotation/Overtime/Weekends

Schedule Option 2

  • 54-10 Hour Shifts - Monday to Sunday
  • 5Overtime/Weekends
