- Allow our technician to work in a safe and appropriate environment
Zero-Tolerance Policy
ServicePlus Heating and Cooling maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of:
- Threats or intimidation
- Verbal abuse, yelling, or agressive behavior
- Harassment or discriminatory remarks
- Profanity directed at staff
- Any behaviour that makes our team feel unsafe
This includes interactions in person, over the phone, by email or online.
If This Policy Is Violated
If unacceptable behaviour occurs, ServicePlus reserves the right to:
- Refuse or discontinue service
- Remove our team from the property
- Limit or cease communication
- Decline future service requests
In serious cases, we may involve appropriate authorities.
