The boiler to my In-floor heating system stopped working. Made a call and had it fixed later the same day! I could easily follow a link I received in order to track where the technician was on route. Received a text with a picture of Mitchel, the technician, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and offered some excellent advice. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend this company and I will definitely call them with future needs…thanks Mitchel, appreciate your help.

The company was very proactive and communicative about my scheduled appointment, sending a reminder the day before, and the morning of (that the technician was on the way). Their system for doing so is very effective and easy to use. The technician that came to do the work was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and had the work done in good time. A good experience and model for the way service calls should go!

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable he explained everything he did to us. He wore a mask and was very respectful of our house removed his shoes multiple times. I was in the market for a new central A/C unit. After requesting a quote I recieved a quick response with requested information, which was more detailed and a better value compared to others I recieved. I also recieved a courtesy call regarding the quotes and it was decided that sending a technician out to run some diagnostics may prove beneficial and possibly avoid a total system replacement. Tech arrived the next morning, proved knowlegable and efficiently diagnosed the issues. I would recommend ServicePlus Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a fair, honest, and reliable company.

Our furnace clonked out this morning and I called several HVAC places and all were not available to come until Monday. The house was getting chilly...19 degrees and falling so I was not too keen on a weekend of this. I kept calling around and found Service Plus Heating and Cooling here on Google reviews. Only 43 reviews...but all good. Well I gave them a call and they were able to send a technician within a few hours. Our home is 21 years old and the furnace is original so I was expecting some bad (and expensive) news. So lucky that it only needed minor fixing and ended up costing only a little over $200.We received an email / text to confirm our appointment and then a text when the tech was on his way. Fantastic communications!Very pleased with the reliable and honest service! While here, Andrew also gave some useful advice for maintaining our furnace and even took a peak at our hot water tank and recommended the temp be turned up.Really appreciate his honesty and helpfulness.Happy to add to your growing number of positive reviews!

It was great communication with Andrew and his team. From get the quote to finish installation, it only takes 3 days. Best service I have received from a heating/cooling company. Technician was on time, professional, with his gear. He came for a fireplace issue. He diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and made his recommendations. I chose one of 2 options he gave me and he managed to replace the faulty part and fix the fireplace in 40 minutes. Price is reasonable given I only to fix this part every 7 years. I am glad I chose to contact you and will tell my family and friends about you.
