I could not be happier with the service we get from ServicePlus Heating and Cooling. We've been customers for many years, and have multiple great experiences - but recently we had an air conditioner breathe its last breath on a day which was more than 30 degrees. I called at 6:30AM, and by 5PM the same day a new unit was installed. That's pretty incredible, when you consider that someone first came out in the morning to check if the old one was repairable, then did the consultation with me on what my options were, then a new team came out to install. Oh, and did I mention this was the Friday before the August long weekend? They really saved us - and we appreciate it a lot! From the team in the office to the team in the field, we're really happy with our support!

I had Service plus here to repair my ac and Chad and Sam were here promptly when they said they would be. the work they preformed was very well done, they are true professionals at what they do. very polite and the bill was what they said it would be. We had ServicePlus come in for AC maintenance, and our tech was Chadwick. INCREDIBLE guy. SO friendly. SO easy to have around. Very professional, courteous, but easy going at the same time. He made an IMMEDIATE impact on the functioning of our AC unit, and the temp in our house. It's honestly never been this cool in our house before. Will be having them back in the fall for furnace servicing. Do not hesitate to book with them. The customer service is amazing.

Five stars! ServicePlus is the best AC service we have used, hands down. The guys were so polite and professional. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, and at no time condescended to me. The fact that this needs to be said is sad, but it also reflects on what ServicePlus is doing right. We have used ServicePlus Heating and Cooling twice. Approximately one year ago, we used them to install an AC unit and was extremely happy with the service. Andrew came out to quote us on the unit, he did not try to pressure us to buy, instead he taught us about the different brands and what his company offers. We double checked what he stated, and we were very happy to find him to be honest, along with other factors, we went with the company and we are very happy. We recently needed a gas line installed, we reached out to them and we were very happy to use them. We are very happy we went with them. They were respectful of our home, timely, professional with excellent affordable products and services. They will always be our first stop for any of the services they offer that we require.

Andrew D came to my house for furnace maintenance and to resolving a furnace not working all the time issue. I am extremely happy with him and the company service in general. Would recommend for sure! I ended up learning quite a lot about my furnace and he resolved the problem quite quickly.

was recommended by the AC OEM to perform a recall repair. Scheduling them was extremely fast and easy, and they came at the agreed time. The app sent me a photo and bio of the Technician (Chadwick) via SMS. Chadwick was thorough and efficient and performed the complicated repair well. Thanks!

AC technician was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain to me what was causing the issue with my AC unit while he was working on it. The repair bill was a bit higher than what I had hoped for, but I have nothing to compare with.

The boiler to my In-floor heating system stopped working. Made a call and had it fixed later the same day! I could easily follow a link I received in order to track where the technician was on route. Received a text with a picture of Mitchel, the technician, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and offered some excellent advice. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend this company and I will definitely call them with future needs…thanks Mitchel, appreciate your help.

The company was very proactive and communicative about my scheduled appointment, sending a reminder the day before, and the morning of (that the technician was on the way). Their system for doing so is very effective and easy to use. The technician that came to do the work was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and had the work done in good time. A good experience and model for the way service calls should go!

I was in the market for a new central A/C unit. After requesting a quote I recieved a quick response with requested information, which was more detailed and a better value compared to others I recieved. I also recieved a courtesy call regarding the quotes and it was decided that sending a technician out to run some diagnostics may prove beneficial and possibly avoid a total system replacement. Tech arrived the next morning, proved knowlegable and efficiently diagnosed the issues. I would recommend ServicePlus Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a fair, honest, and reliable company.

With furnace out it was great to have ServicePlus out quickly to resolve our issue. Our furnace clonked out this morning and I called several HVAC places and all were not available to come until Monday. The house was getting chilly...19 degrees and falling so I was not too keen on a weekend of this. I kept calling around and found Service Plus Heating and Cooling here on Google reviews. Only 43 reviews...but all good. Well I gave them a call and they were able to send a technician within a few hours. Our home is 21 years old and the furnace is original so I was expecting some bad (and expensive) news. So lucky that it only needed minor fixing and ended up costing only a little over $200.We received an email / text to confirm our appointment and then a text when the tech was on his way. Fantastic communications!Very pleased with the reliable and honest service! While here, Andrew also gave some useful advice for maintaining our furnace and even took a peak at our hot water tank and recommended the temp be turned up.Really appreciate his honesty and helpfulness.Happy to add to your growing number of positive reviews!

It was great communication with Andrew and his team. From get the quote to finish installation, it only takes 3 days. Best service I have received from a heating/cooling company. Technician was on time, professional, with his gear. He came for a fireplace issue. He diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and made his recommendations. I chose one of 2 options he gave me and he managed to replace the faulty part and fix the fireplace in 40 minutes. Price is reasonable given I only to fix this part every 7 years. I am glad I chose to contact you and will tell my family and friends about you.
