How To Troubleshoot Your Heat Pump

Set your electrical breaker and outdoor disconnect to on.
Check the breaker in your electrical panel to see if it has been turned off, as well at a disconnect by the outdoor unit (if applicable)
- Set your thermostat to correct mode. (Whether heating or cooling.)
- Inspect and clean/change the air filter.
- Clear the vents inside of any furniture.
- Check your outdoor unit and ensure it is clean and clear around it.
- Ensure the condensate drain is not plugged.
