October is almost here, which means Swap for the Cure is back at ServicePlus Heating & Cooling!
This year marks our third year taking part in this campaign. Once again, we’re turning an everyday home maintenance reminder into an opportunity to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer.
Throughout October, we’re encouraging our customers, friends, family and community to swap their furnace filters and remember that your filter isn’t the only thing you should check regularly.
One Filter. One Reminder. One Great Cause.
Changing your furnace filter regularly helps keep your HVAC system running efficiently and the air in your home cleaner.
During October, that simple task comes with another important reminder. Take a moment to check yourself too.
Breast cancer has touched the lives of members of our team and many people throughout our community. Swap for the Cure is our way of helping keep the conversation going while raising funds to support the Canadian Cancer Society.
How You Can Get Involved
There are a few easy ways to support Swap for the Cure this October.
Purchase your filters through ServicePlus. A portion of the proceeds from qualifying furnace filter purchases throughout the campaign will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Make a donation. We’ve created a 2026 ServicePlus fundraising page through the Canadian Cancer Society. Donations can be made directly online.
Help us spread the word. Share our fundraiser or one of our Swap for the Cure posts with your friends and family. A share costs nothing, but it can help our message reach someone new.
Three Years of Swapping for the Cure 💗
What started as a simple idea has become an annual tradition at ServicePlus.
We spend a lot of time reminding homeowners about furnace maintenance, filter changes and looking after the equipment in their homes. Swap for the Cure gives us a chance to turn one of those routine reminders into something bigger.
