What happens if my system breaks down?
You’re fully covered. Your all-inclusive plan includes diagnostics, parts, and labour, so if anything goes wrong, simply call ServicePlus and our technicians will handle it. No surprise bills, ever.
Is maintenance really included?
Yes! Your plan includes annual maintenance visits performed by licensed ServicePlus technicians. We handle tune-ups, safety checks, and performance optimization – all included in your monthly payment.
How long is the lease-to-own term?
The Enbridge Sustain program offers a 15-year lease-to-own term. Throughout the term, you get full coverage on maintenance and repairs, and at the end, you own the equipment outright.
Do I need to make a down payment?
The lease-to-own program is $0 down making it easy to upgrade without large upfront costs.
Will this delay my installation?
No. Approval through Enbridge is typically completed within minutes, and installation can be scheduled right away with the ServicePlus team. All the paperwork is done remotely online.
What equipment can I lease-to-own?
High-efficiency furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and water heaters are eligible under the Enbridge Sustain program.
What if I sell my home before the term ends?
Your lease-to-own agreement can be transferred to the new homeowner (subject to approval), or you may choose to buy out the remaining balance.
What if I have really bad credit?
No problem. The Enbridge Sustain lease-to-own program does not require a credit check. We simply need proof of home ownership (such as a property tax bill) and a valid photo ID to get started, This makes it an excellent option for homeowners who may not qualify for traditional financing programs.
But I'm not an Enbridge Gas customer, can I still use this program?
Yes, absolutely. You do not need to be an Enbridge Gas customer to qualify for the Enbridge Sustain lease-to-own program. As long as you’re a homeowner in Ontario and can provide proof of ownership and valid photo ID, you’re eligible to apply. The program is completely separate form your gas utility account.
